Customer selects replacement vehicle in Drive Thru and clicks Send to HQ (instead of FSR, as they had in phase 1). Step 2: HQ FM Receives e-mail with vehicle replacements. Approves selections or Suggests alternate vehicle in Drive Thru. Step 3: Customer & FSR receive notification. If approved, move forward to Step 4 (FNE box must be checked for non-EISA compliant non-low ghg vehs). If selection is not approved, Fleet Manager makes recommendation. Then go back to Step 1. Step 4: FSR/local cust. Receive notification. FSR creates orders in GSA-Internal Online ordering system and places orders
