Share it with a neighbor What importance do you place “physical fitness” in your daily routine? How does being Physically Fit enable someone to safely participate in various activities?

5 F Frequency Can you give an example of what “frequency” looks like when it relates to our class? Give an example of frequency in an activity you participate in outside of school.

14 Examples of OVERLOAD In weight training overload looks like increasing the total amount of weight lifted on a specific lift on a weekly basis. In Team Sports an example would be an increase in duration of a timed run at a possible lower intensity. In Cardio Fitness overload looks like manipulation of sets and reps with intensity. In Yoga overload looks like the ability to hold an advance pose for an longer duration.
