5 Suggested Answer: Water has a lot of usages. Everyday we must drink enough water. We need a lot of water. However, lots of waste water is poured into river and soil. It will be harmful for all livings. As a result, we must take measures to protect water. We should reuse water as much as we can. We had better use new technology to save the water. We ought to be more careful with our water. What are they? ----( can,could, may, might, will, would, must, have to, have got to, shall, should, need, ought to, had better) ---(Modal Verbs.)
