2. Report Automator admanGo now provides a new function, Report Automator for users to generate Adspend Analysis Report on a regular basis automatically.

3. Step 1: Save an achieve report Generate an Adspend Analysis Report through ‘Report’ function, ‘Brand folder’ or ‘Campaign folder’ and save the report template to Archive.

4. The new achieve report would be shown here when you click onto Adspend Analysis Report Step 1: Save an achieve report

5. Step 2: Set rules for Report Automator Select Report Automator under Report Setting

6. Schedule status of each archive report would be shown here. You can save / edit any schedule by clicking ‘Edit’. Click ‘Not Scheduled’ to set up your own schedule for each achieve report Step 2: Set rules for Report Automator

7. For Monthly report, you can choose data for previous month only or data from “Jan to Previous Month” For Weekly report, weekly data prior delivery date would be delivered Step 2: Set rules for Report Automator You can set your report to be generated automatically on a ‘monthly’ or ‘weekly’ basis.

8. Automatic Reports by email Remark: The FTP link would be expired in 7 days Once your schedules have been set up, reports would be sent to your email account automatically. The reports would be generated at 9:00am on each delivery date and following is the template of the email. You can download the reports from the FTP link inside the email content.

9. Remark Remark: The FTP link would be expired in 7 days If you set a ‘monthly report’ in a ‘weekly’ schedule, the format of the automatic reports would become a ‘weekly’ report and vice versa.
