4. 1. About ICAP Bulgaria Once you have an access to the website link, you will see the Home page. You can read some basic information about ICAP Group. You can learn more details about ICAP products and services, before signing in by using the links on the left side of the screen. All you have to do is click on each link from “ICAP Group” and “Links” boxes. 4

5. 2. Account Login Please, type the user name and password that you have received from ICAP Bulgaria. Then click the “sign-in” button. Please, enter your user name and password, and then click on sign-in 5

6. 3. Forgot Password In case you do not remember your password, click “Forgot password” button, available on the left side of the home page. Please, click here in case you have forgotten your password 6

7. 3. Forgot Password (II) Complete the form with your first name, surname, company name, e-mail, work phone and comments. Then click “Send request” button. Your request will be answered as soon as possible. 7

8. 4. Register If you would like to become an ICAP customer or you are simply interested in obtaining more information about ICAP’s products and services, click on “Register” button, available on the left side of the home page. Click here to register 8

11. 6. Company Search In order to search for a company, you need to do the following:  Log in  Click on “Company Search” tab.  You can search by Company Name, BULSTAT/UIC, Municipality, City, Legal Form  You can also search by combining different search criteria (ex. Company Name and City) 11

12. 6. Company Search (II) After clicking “Search”, a result will be displayed according to the information you have provided. In order to request a report, click on “Order Report” displayed right next to the status of the company. Important Note: The provided data in the Related Companies Report might not be fully extensive as current ownership information for Joint Stock Companies and Co-operations is not always available. 12 Click here to request a report Information regarding the most recent financial data available for the company in question

13. 6.1. Company Search – Online Report (I) When you click on “Order Report”, a pop-up window will appear. To order an Online Report, select one of the online reports from the “Product” drop-down menu. You can choose a language for the report and then you can click on Purchase Online Report. Select language for your report Select any Online Report Click here to Purchase Online Report A message informing you that the report is being processed will appear. You will shortly view the requested report. Click here to cancel your order and return to company search 13

14. 6.1. Company Search – Online Report (II) If you have selected Online report, the report will be displayed instantly. You can also print the report, save it to your hard disk drive in a desired format, open it in a new window, request an update on the company or request a Comprehensive Report Click here to print the report Select the format in which you wish to save the report to your hard disk drive Click here to open the report in a new window Click here to save the report to your hard disk drive Click here to request an update on the company 14 Click here to request a Comprehensive Report for the same company offline (available only for Standard Online Report)

15. 6.1. Company Search – Online Report (III) If you receive any of the following messages in the report: You will be notified that you will receive an updated report by e-mail within 1 business day free of charge. 15

Company Search – Online Report (IV) If you request an Online Standard Report, while viewing the report, you can request a Comprehensive Report for the same company by selecting “Request Upgrade”. A new window will open where you can select priority for the Comprehensive Report. You will also be informed for the cost of the request. 16 Once you select “Place Order”, you will receive confirmation for your request.

17. 6.2. Company Search – Offline Report To order an Offline Report, select product different than online reports, choose language and then click on Order Report. Select Language for your report Select offline product Click here to Order Report Click here to cancel your request and return to company search You will be redirected to the Order Report Form. You need to select priority and Delivery Method for your request. You can also leave comments. You need to provide contact information and then you can click on Order Report. 18. 7.Individuals Search In order to search for an Individual, you need to do the following:  Log In  Click on “Individuals Search” tab You can search by First Name, Surname or PIN(EGN). 18

19. 7.Individuals Search (II) After clicking “Search”, the result will be displayed according to the information you have provided. In order to request a report, click on “Order Report” available in the rightmost column. The search result displays the number of related companies as Administrator and as Shareholder/Owner for every individual from the result. Click here to request a report 19

20. 7.Individuals Search (III) Click here to cancel your order and return to individuals search Select language for your report Click here to Purchase Online Report When you click on “Order Report”, a pop-up window will appear. You can choose a language for the report and then you can click on Purchase Online Report. A message informing you that the report is being processed will appear. 21. 7.Individuals Search (IV) The Individuals Related Companies will be displayed instantly You can also print the report, save it to your hard disk drive in a desired format, open it in a new window, or request an update of the company. 22. 8.Industry Reports In order to view the Available Industry Reports and the Forthcoming Industry Reports, you need to:  Log In  Click on “Industry Reports” tab  The Available Industry Reports can be ordered and viewed instantly after you have requested them online  The Forthcoming Industry Reports gives information about Industry Reports that will be available once the work on them has finished 22

23. 8.Industry Reports (II) You can view the content of each Available Industry Report. You can also order any Available Industry Report directly online. Click on “View Table of Contents” to view the content of an Industry Report Click on “Order Report” to purchase an Industry Report When you select “Order Report”, a pop-up window will open asking you to confirm the request. You can select desired language and click on purchase report. You can then save the Report to your hard disk drive. 24. 9.Order Report You can also order a report by providing information for the company, you are interested. Simply go to “Order Report” tab and fill in the Order Report form. 25. 10.My Account In “My Account” tab you can find information about:  your account balance (in units)  a history of all the reports you have requested so far  the possibility to download again – free of charge – a report that you have viewed online Please note that downloading reports, requested by you in the past, from “Recently Viewed” is free of charge. If you consider that the report, you have requested and received in your account, needs to be updated, you can go to “Company search” tab and purchase again the report. Your account balance is displayed here You can see here all reports you have previously requested. You can search for a specific request by Name, UIC, Date of Request, Delivery Date, Type of Report, Priority or Status You can download again from here, reports you have recently viewed online 25
