Name of the product or recipe Buttermilk Pancakes 1 cup all-purpose flour 2 teaspoons sugar 1 teaspoon baking powder 1/2 teaspoon salt 1 cup buttermilk 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted 1 egg, lightly beaten In a mixing bowl, stir together the dry ingredients.
