1 Flight Planning 1.Master clock is outside the flight planning room (hangar) Mini Air Observer. 2.Master time is GPS time plus 2 hrs = Local time. 3.Times use on schedule are local time. 4.Before Flight Planning Room (5 minutes before the assigned time) will be entrance control not accepted equipment A.2.1.6. (mobil phones should be switch off, given to envelope and sealed) All tablets, laptops, GPS devices and other electronic devices stay in hotel please. 5.After flight planning will be arrange escort to the aircraft 6.All aircraft must be opened for checking and radio sealing by Int. Judge before first pilot enter to flight planning. 7.When first competitor leaved Flight Planning Room the parking area will be declared as prohibited area.

2 Navigation 1. Before each flight the pilot must make sure that his Flight Data Recording Equipment is cleared all previously registered data. 2. The takeoff time will be measured at a gate according A.2.2.11 3. Timechecks are always in the middle of the road, bridges, roads junction and any crossing. 4. Ground targets at SP,TP,FP can not be exactly on the time check point, they will be situated maximum 30 meters distance from this points. 5. The ground targets are white. 6. Ground targets and photos are on the line or slightly left (maximum 100m). 7. Departure and arrival routes are mandatory according RWY in use.

3 Navigation 8. Official Radio frequency is 130.575 Mhz, “Skive Radio” 9. The frequency in case of emergency – Aalboarg APP 123,97 Mhz, Viborg Radio 123,500 Mhz 10. Using other frequency will results disqualification. 11. If you deteriorating weather condition on your Navigation flight follow the rules B.9.12 12. Recommended flying altitude is 1000ft/AGL, minimum is 500ft/AGL - A.2.2.8 13. From parking area the pilot will come with escort to the debriefing room. 14. Pilot have to give main logger to accompaning judge and he will give this logger to Martin Hrivna and Stephan Pohanka for download in Computer Centre. 15. After succesfull debriefed pilot will be escorted to Martin room. 16. After download data from logger Martin will print Preliminary results from time checked and pilot will be transport to the isolation area.

4 Navigation 17. When Data Loggers will be shared; Please marked the loggers by registration aircraft. 17. One person will take the cleared logger from Computer Centre and put on the table before Flight Planning Room.

5 Landing 1. Remove your speed cover on the main wheels. A.5.1 2. We will paint all wheels for video recording. B.10.13. 3. I declared as maximum crosswind 15 kts. 4. 6 Landing 8.Only Judges have permision to stay on west side of the RWY. 9.Team Managers 15 meters from RWY on east side of the RWY. 10.Pilots 30 meters from RWY on east side of the RWY 11.Spectators and public 30 meters from RWY on west side of the RWY. 12.Marshals and ground controlers should be located near intersection and he will be given signal for T/O by radio. 13.Landing with full stop and then taxi to landing parking area.
