3 Introduction This guides provides a step by step guide to using the new Smart Data OnLine Cardholder Maintenance functionality. This functionality replaces the Maintenance tool that was available via the old SDOL website. The Change of Address function makes it easier and clearer to submit a request, with a new layout that means you input only the elements you need to change. The new Cardholder Maintenance function now allows you to submit multiple changes in a single request, saving you time if you need to make multiple changes to a Cardholders account. All requests will be processed by our Smart Data team and will be completed within 4 working days. Please note. To notify us of a Lost or Stolen card you must call the dedicated helpline on 0870 6000 459* * Calls may be recorded. Call charges from residential lines, business lines and mobiles vary and depend on your telephone operator's tariffs.

Use the toggle arrows to include or exclude a particular request 9.When making a request please add comments to support the amendments. This will ensure that your requests are dealt with quickly and will remove the need for us to contact you for further information 10.When you have selected all of the changes you require, click Submit
12 Using Offline Maintenance 11.The following message will appear to confirm that the request has been submitted successfully.
13 Using Offline Maintenance – General Requests 12.General requests give you the ability to ask general questions about your account, or request items such as Cardholder Applications. Our Smart Data team will then email or call you with the information. To use the General Request function click on the Company tab, select Offline Cardholder maintenance and then General Request
