6. 6 Extended DISC – INFORMATION YOU NEED © Copyright Extended DISC International User Instruction: How to Run a Team Analysis On the New Team page populate the following fields… Team Name – Here is where you input the team name (note: the printout will state “Team” already so you do not have to include the word team in your name). Organization – input the organization you are working with here (note: the printout will state “Organization” so you do not have to include the word organization in your name) Department – input the department name. Team Type – choose the team type from the dropdown menu. Once have populated the fields select the Save tab.

Search by access code then click Search..or Search by entering the respondents name then click Search..or Search by entering a beginning date and end date then click Search..or If you would like to search your entire database leave every box blank and select the Search tab

Just click the box next to the respondents name. You can chose more then one at a time or if all members are present you can Select All. Once all members are selected. Click Add New Members tab.

You can either add more members if needed or remove members. When you are satisfied with your team setup select the Order Results tab (Hint: You can add and remove members numerous time and not be charged points only before ordering results)

Available Points – Make sure you have enough points in your account to run the report. A full report is worth 60 Send Method – Choose PDF File. Language – Choose the language the report will print in. Checking the Page Group – Checking every box will print a full team report. (Hint: The system will default the Reading Guide in the middle of the report. You simply have to highlight the Reading Guide and move it to where you like.) Paper Size – Choose the correct size for your printer settings. Once you have set your page printout. Select the Order Results tab

Order by Email – You can chose where to send the report via email. If sending to more than one person, separate the email addresses with a (;). You can also send a custom email message.
