7. You Will Be Asked To Electronically Sign Their Terms of Service Once you agree to the terms of service, you will be taken to the KDP Front Page. 8. Re-enter Your Personal Details Re-enter your email address and newly created password. Next, you will be taken to a page where you will be required to give your name, mailing address and phone number. Filling out this page is required.

9. Reason: The Income You Will Get for Publishing to Amazon is Taxable = Any money you make from publishing on Amazon is taxable income. You have to pay taxes on them if you are a US citizen. Amazon asks for your legal tax name (name on your Social security card) or the name connected to your tax ID number (for corporation or partnership).
