5 Start Testing Let everyone know you are ready to test your part of SDC: – Log into Gazelle to indicate you’re ready to test SDC_x (form receiver, form manager, etc.) – Other partners will also indicate they are ready. – Watch Gazelle to find that you have a partner. For each Transaction: – The requester sends the request and the Form Manager shows that they received the request. Revise and retest until it works according to Steve Moore’s Test Criteria – When it works, request a monitor to verify the test. – Monitor walks through the testing criteria If it doesn’t match, partners fix things and request a monitor – It may be that the Test Criteria needs to be changed; Vijay, Sandy and Wendy need to participate in this discussion. When it matches, the monitor will update Gazelle with success.

6 Connectathon Process Assigned a set of required tests Execute each test with 3 peer systems – You choose your partners – Gazelle manages this process IHE USA’s monitors examine and evaluate individual test results Connectathon managers evaluate results against identified “success” criteria and determine pass or fail grades – Initial failures can be fixed and retested

7 Connectathon Results IHE publishes results for all actor/profile pairs tested – Results published in the IHE Connectathon Results Database – Link: http://connectathon-results.ihe.net/ IHE never publishes failures or incomplete tests IHE does not grantee conformance to your customers Connectathon testing is not certification Successful testing leads to demonstration at the HIMSS15 Interoperability Showcase – April 13 – 15, 2015 in Chicago, IL at McCormick Place
