11 Fathom 1 Fathom = 6 feet ≈ 1.8 Meters It is a general unit for measuring ropes and depth of waters

12 Cable 1 Cable = 1/10 Nautical Mile = 608 feet ≈ 1.85Meters It is a unit for measuring short distances at sea.

13 Nautical Mile 1 Nautical Mile = 6080 feet ≈ 1.85 KM It is a unit for measuring long distances at sea. Knots:- A term expressed as nautical mile per hour (e.g.: 10 Knots = 10 Nautical Miles Per Hour)

14 Shackle 1 Shackle = 90 feet ≈ 27 Meters It is a unit for measuring length of the ship’s anchor cable.
