3 Why should you eat breakfast? Eating breakfast is like putting gas in your car! It provides energy to get you going. You need breakfast to be able to breathe, walk, talk, think, socialize, and everything else you do in a day. People who don’t eat in the morning are sluggish and tend to gain weight.

6 What is a good breakfast ? You want Carbohydrates, Fats, and Proteins to Last you 3 to 4 hours! You want Variety so you have as many colors possible. Try a fruit, whole grain bread, meat, and dairy for good variety.
