4 Language Preparation for SEP  Offered by Center of Language Studies (CLS) in FASS  Encouraged to take the following Mandarin Classes in preparation for their exchange in China  Chinese for Science and Technology: scientific terminology, scientific writing and presentation  Chinese for Business and Social Science: related terminology, writing, debating, presentation and negotiation skills  CLS also offers language classes in French and German  French and German Language Preparation Classes: Application for the French and German Language Programmes is now closed. However, you can still bid for modules at the Centre for Languages Studies (CLS) at FASS. Not being in the language programme will not affect your eligibility for exchange to France or Germany. Exchange to France and Germany is dependant on your language ability plus fulfilling your faculty or Registrar’s Office SEP eligibility criteria The Student Exchange Programme
