3. Teachers Facility Link Description: This link is only for faculty access. Teacher may upload lectures, announcements and results for the subjects being taught by him/her. Teacher can view his workload. Teacher can view students’ attendance. Teacher can view his classes held status.

4. Upload Lecture is the First link. This page show all subject taught by teacher. Click the subject name and upload lectures page will be open in side window. In case subjects do not appear or appear incorrect contact portal support at ext:2373

5. When upload lectures page is open in side window click on click here to upload link. The page will now change to upload mode.

6. Now click on the plus icon as shown below. It will open Add Item window. This window shows different item types like File, Marks Sheet, Announcement. In this example Item Type ‘File’ is selected.

7. Now browse the file on your system which is to be uploaded, Give it a display name of your choice and select the type of file i.e. Assignment or Lecture.

8. Now the file is uploaded as shown below.

9. To edit the uploaded file details click on ‘Pencil’ icon visible beside file name. From edit mode you can browse and reload the new file in case wrong/older file was uploaded, change the display name or file type also. New file will replace the one uploaded previously.

10. To delete/ copy file to another course page click on actions icon as shown below. From new window you can delete this file, hide it from students, copy it to another course page(only on which you have access) etc. This ends the description of upload lectures link.

11. Teachers Workload is the next link. This page shows the present course load of teacher. If the workload shown is incorrect e.g. course is missing,older course is shown, practical entry is not done then teacher must contact the DEO/IT manager of the department to which that course, practical belongs.

12. Student Attendance the next link. This page shows section wise students attendance in those courses which are taught by the teacher.

13. Classes Held Status is the next link. This page shows how many classes have been taken by the teacher in the courses being taught by him/her. This report shows date, time period and type( Normal/Compensatory) of classes taken by him.
