15 Physical Examination Pertinent findings: –Dry skin, Pale conjunctivae, Icteric sclerae –+ spider angiomata –Abdomen is globularly tense, +caput medusae, + ascites - + Grade 2 bipedal edema with skin hyperpigmenation
