3 CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DIPLOMA  Latin American vision, with students from the different ministries and networks; laypersons and jesuits.  Students design improvement projects for their organizations.  Virtual studies, through the Sakai platform.  Every virtual classroom is provided with a tutor for the development of autonomous and collaborative learning processes.

Management competencies  Interprets the principles of the Society of Jesus, from the study of institutional texts.  Explains the “Ignatian way of proceeding”.  Understands the what, the why, for what purposes and with whom priority is given in our work.  Recognizes the value of making us more attentive to God's activity in our world.  Shares and applies the Ignatian Principles and Criteria in the management of projects`and work.  Values the dynamic process of the Spiritual Excercises.
