22 Scheduling Procedures Students will be scheduled based on attendance groups. Attendance groups will be posted beginning Wednesday, March 18. Students must meet with counselors for pre- approval. Auto-schedule option ─Quicker way to schedule, less hassle ─Priority will be scheduling specific courses, regardless of the teacher or block Make sure to check to see if you owe fees!!

AdvisoryLibraryAll students in current and previous Attendance Groups will line up in library for scheduling. * Pre-approved students will be scheduled first. * Others will wait for approval. LunchCafeteriaCounselors will be available to pre-approve schedules. 3 rd, 4 th, 5 th CounselingCounselors may call individual students to schedule, if needed. (Core classes will be avoided, if possible.)

25 Keep in mind… The schedule you create is subject to change. Sometimes things happen that create changes in the master schedule, causing student schedules to be adjusted. YOU had the opportunity to make your schedule. Schedules will only be changed for the reasons listed in the Student Handbook!
