Animations and effects make the presentation come alive.

9 Slide Show: Customize slide shows
View and customize slide show. Record and add in narrations as well.

Make changes to make it more effective. Change background color and view the slide show in a new window.

Need to add something? Click on Insert and the item that you with to add.

Remember all formulas must begin with an equal sign.

Choose the shape you wish to include. The new shape will appear. Drag the corner to size the shape

Click on the pencil to change the line color. Click beside the Paint Bucket to change the fill color.

31 Adding text with color Click on the A with the pencil to select the font color.. Double click to start the text.

Click on 3-D letter A at the bottom tool bar. Click on the Format and Text Effects.

33 Format Text Effects Select a style for your text.
Select your effect and click OK. Size your text by clicking on the corners and dragging.

34 Animation . heart Click on the first element that you want appear on
the slide. Click on the animated star at the top of the tool bar. Choose an effect for your element.

35 Adding Animation Effects
Repeat for each element on the slide. To preview your slide, click on Slide Show and Animation Preview. Preview to see how it works.

36 Choosing a Transition Choose a transition speed.
Click on Animation to select a Slide Transition. Click apply to all slides.

37 Adding Action Buttons Click on Slide Show and Action Buttons.
Action Buttons all you to create a link to another slide, the Internet, sound clip, or video.

38 Spell Check Click on the Check ABC button on the top tool bar to check spelling on all of your slides.

39 Speaker Notes You will need to print these notes out, as you will not be able to see them when you give your presentation.

40 Slide Show Set Up Click on Slide Show
Change the pen color and how it should appear. Enter your preferences for how the show will advance.

41 Viewing Your Show Select from the beginning or from current slide.
If you wish to exit the show before it is over, hit your escape button on the keyboard.
