Write this last so that you can summarize the most important points from your business plan. Let us know what you intend to do, what your idea hopes to accomplish. Are there any similar “competition” that you are aware? If so, how you plan to differentiate yours from the others?
Objectives
What are your goals you hope to achieve? What can you achieve within these few months from now? This is a way to measure your results.
Example: To be able to centrally control the air condition and lights, by motion sensor.

3. Mission
What other essential points about your idea that is not covered in the Introduction. This statement is valuable for you to link you to the talents. It conveys clearly what your idea is trying to do.
Example: To reduce electricity consumption when people leave office, we want to be able to switch off or on the lights and air conditions base on motion sensor.
How do you envision your dream to bring changes?

4. Description
Give a concise, fact-based description of what your idea plans to do; What is going to make it unique; Describe features or special features that will attract potential customers, What is the potential market, demographics, customer base; Why there is a demand for it, how do you stand out against competition; How do you hope to be better; What’s your plan to market your idea; How do you plan to make money and commercialize your product or services?
