6. Seismic Station 12 Built in 1981 Sheath center wall with plywood
Replace barge boards on roof overhang
Correct nail deficiency in post and beam connectors
Make appropriate modifications to the roll-up doors
Pour cement slab and anchor propane tank
Install brackets and strap anchors to structure for water pressure tank, cabinets and shelving

7. Seismic Station 13 Built in 1987
Remove interior walls to install shear wall blocking and supplemental anchor bolts
Make appropriate modifications to roll-up doors
Pour cement slab and anchor propane tank
Anchor pressure tank and water heater to structure
Install lateral bracing for suspended heater
Install appropriate pressurized tanks storage system
Appropriately seal the window that was removed
Install bracing for suspended ceiling
Potentially remove and replace existing Apparatus Bay and add Physical training area

Examine all girder connections and repair as needed
Correct height-to-thickness ratio of CMU walls
Repair cracks in south wall
Modify or install roll-up doors that will remain functional
Anchor fuel storage and replace rigid fuel connectors
Anchor roof top HVAC unit
Purchase and install pressurized tank storage system
Anchor cabinets and lockers
Evaluate the hose tower for possible removal
