31. Endcaps and taylor-made fittings These can be used at the end of a pipeline but require anchoring for safety reasons. Endcap installation

32. Flange Adaptors for disassembling Our flange couplings can be used as dismantling fittings. Their long body allows the fitting to be slid onto one side while a valve or other flange object is installed in line. The adaptor is then slid back in place and bolted.

33. Traditional dismantling joints, 3 flange type are manufactured with 25-30 mm travel and without any angular tolerance.

34. This creates difficulties in working on any pipeline and the larger the diametre is, the bigger the difficulies are. The problems related to the disassembling of a valve on large diametres are highlighted if we only consider that for a 2000 mm diametre, an inclination of the valve lifting of 1° only (which is very optimistic) implies a difference of 35 mm between top and bottom. We can minimize all possible problems if we have a much longer travel and possibly some degree of angular adjustment
