2 Federal Acquisition Service U.S. General Services Administration  Federal Executive agencies are legally required (FMR 102.36) to report excess personal property to GSA for screening and disposal.  Legislative and Judicial branches are encouraged to report their excess personal property to GSA. WHY MUST I REPORT?
