JAIL FOOD SERVICE IN THE OLD DAYS…… The Sheriff’s wife generally provided the food for the inmates. If she was a good cook…….everybody won! If she wasn’t....they all ate a lot of burnt biscuits!

SO WHAT ARE THE HOURS? 4:30 in the morning to 7:00 at night Inmates are served three meals a day 2500 calories as an average No more than 14 hours from supper to breakfast

SHOW ME THE MONEY Hourly pay starts out around $ 9.50 an hour Management can begin at $ 25,000 to $ 40,000 You can begin as an hourly and learn management

OOPS…..I THINK I MADE A MISTAKE! There are Rules I know, but OOPS… Now What? Please remember, there are No Secrets in Corrections …… just be honest! AArRaGh! I can’t believe I did that!

WHO I AM…. I weighed 4 pounds 4 ½ ounces My Dad died when I was 10 Home life was pretty rough Got married at 17 to get out of the house Graduated from Coleman High School Divorced at 27 I raised two sons as a single parent Chris is a Neurological ICU Specialist Jeremy is a Project Manager at Ford I have 8 Grandchildren My Grandson lived with me for his senior year so he could graduate. He was living in his car before that I’ve been fired twice
