Based in South Belfast First customer was Belvoir Park Golf Club (January 2004) Since then, we have sold the system to over 75 golf clubs throughout Ireland and England Northern Ireland: Royal Portrush, Belvoir Park, Malone, Ardglass, Castlerock, Edenmore, Moyola, Galgorm Castle, Balmoral, Dunmurry. 14 Track the status of your bookings We can see who has paid a deposit, which booking are provisional etc. Click on the Reservation name to go straight to the detail about the booking and to send a reminder.

21 Backup strategy This following backup strategy has been put in place to ensure the maximum security of the clubs data and ensure they can continue to operate if (a) broadband goes down and (b) the electricity goes down: BRS have two live servers in different locations Server one is backed up to server two every night. Both servers are also backed up nightly (effectively 4 copies every night) Every transaction during the day is sent to our server in the office. (this allows us to recover all data in a disaster recovery scenario) Every night we email each club a backup of the next 30-90 days worth of bookings (This can be any number of days defined on a club-club basis). Including all financial information e.g. deposits paid, outstanding balance etc etc. If broadband goes down the club can continue to operate from a paper based system until broadband is operational again. We can also fax the timesheet to the club if required. In addition we recommend the club print out the next couple of days worth of timesheets at the end of each day. This is to cover against electricity going down.
