7. DASHBOARD Schedule a meeting by selecting the Meeting Agenda/Title, Start Date and Time, End Date and Time, and a Meeting Description.

Once more members join in you will be able to see everyone using a webcam, and be able to hear what they are saying. The size of the webcam windows is fixed to avoid any bandwidth issues. 16. If you want to upload a file to the whiteboard click the Share Feature located at the Top-Right of the Screen. Therein you will find an option to Share a File. Locate the file on your hard drive that you want to upload to the whiteboard Once you have located the picture you want to use click Open.The file will be uploaded on the whiteboard - Currently these file types are viewable on the whiteboard:..txt,.jpg,.jpeg,.gif,.png,.ppt,.odp,.odt,.wpd,.doc,.xls,..pdf All documents will be converted to a.pdf file and png which can be used in the conference (drag and drop to the whiteboard). The original file and the.pdf file can be downloaded. SHARE/UPLOAD FILES TO THE WHITEBOARD
