4 Carbohydrates and protein Carbohydrates are rice,pasta, potatoes, bread. Proteins are meat,fish,cheese and eggs. Protein helps to build your body,so it is very important for teenagers,because your body is growing.

5 Fibre - fruit and vegetables contain fibre - lots of teenagers don't eat fruit and vegetables, but they are very important.

6 2-5% sugar 15-18% protein 20% fat 25% fruit and vegetables 35% complex carbohydrates
