3. Business parcel Advance deposit facility and credit facility available. Cash on delivery facility available up to Rs. 50000/ insurance of Cash on Delivery articles shall not be compulsory irrespective of amount of recovery from addressee; Corporate customers are given free pickup service

5. Express parcel This facility available for both retail and corporate customers. Minimum weight is 0.5 kg and maximum weight for retail 20kg and corporate 35kg. Free pickup facility is available Door delivery available irrespective of weight

Cash on Delivery Cash on Delivery facility is available for Express Parcel, Business Parcel and Speed Post customers Conditions for COD – Customer is a contractual customer and has agreement with the Department for transmission Cash on Delivery articles – Amount specified for recovery from addressee in the case of any such postal article shall not exceed fifty thousand rupees (Rs. 50,000/-) and shall not include a fraction of rupee – Such articles do not contain coupons, tickets, certificates or introductions designed for the sale of goods on what is known as the “Snowball System”

10. Cash on Delivery – Insurance of Cash on Delivery articles is not compulsory – Amount, recovered from addressee on delivery is remitted to the sender through e Payment – In addition to postage, the sender has to pay an additional fee on delivery of COD article Amount to be recovered from addressee Schedule of fee Upto Rs.5,000/-2% of the amount recovered or Rs. 50/- whichever is more Above Rs.5,000/-Rs. 100/- + 1% of amount exceeding Rs. 5,000/-
