3. Benefits Casual.Direct will take the time and hard work out of organising casual teachers. Make only one request to book a casual teacher, where in the past it may have taken 30 or more telephone calls. Casual.Direct will locate a casual teacher to cover short-term and long-term relief needs. Casual.Direct accepts multiple or forward requests for casual teachers. Casual.Direct utilises an Interactive Voice Response System (IVR) for schools to quickly and easily request teachers via the Internet or telephone. Casual.Direct allows schools to request their regular casual teachers.

4. Step 1 - Enter your school code. Step 2 - Enter verification number. Step 3 - Click Login

5. Step 4 - To request a casual teacher – click on this link

6. Step 5 - Enter your name Step 6 - Enter your telephone number, preceded by 02 and no spaces Step 7 - Enter the name of teacher being replaced Step 8 - Click on link to continue

7. Step 9 - Click on button next to start date Then select month and date on calendar and click OK

8. Step 10 - Click button to select end date Step 11 – Select the days of the week required

9. Step 12 - Enter surname of specific teacher Then click on Search

10. Step 13 Highlight casual teacher required Click on Use Selected Teacher

11. Step 14 – Click preferred option If Primary, select whether the class is Release from Face to Face (RFF), Multi Age (Composite) or for a single year. Select the Year/s to be taught. (Click on Add Subjects based on Year to be taught )

12. Step 15 - To select other subject codes: Click on down arrow and select subject Then Click on Add Subject button

13. Step 16 – Check details, if you are happy with your application, click link to submit your request to Casual.Direct

14. Step 17 – Record reference number for your records and click OK Click here to end show Step 18 – You may return to the start screen for a further request.
