Holiday Calendar Menu for navigation This is School Management System’s home screen. This application will automate School or College. It contains a Menu which have several links like --- Home About Us Notice Board Awards Gallery School Dress Bus Details Our Toppers Meetings Login There is also a Holiday Calendar to show dates of holiday.
This is Notice Board screen. It will display notices for individual category these three categories are --- Student Faculty Employee All these activities will handle by Admin.
This is School Dress screen. It will contain School Dress information for individual category these three categories are --- Student Faculty Employee Dress information like --- Dress sizes Colors Category Items
This is Login screen. It is internal and administration phase where different users have different authority with their own login ID and Password. After successful login, authorized users can performs their activities and can handle their roles in the School.
This is Main Admin home screen with this screen Admin can handle each and every activities of this application for the School. There are 17 major modules on this screen they are as follow --- Student Module Assignment Module Exam Setup Admin Setup Class Setup Employee Module Library Module Time Table Faculty Module Expense Module Fee Module Attendance Module Subject Setup I-Card Module Send Report Mark Sheet Module Data Backup Module
This is Student Module. Admin can manage all the information related to the student what ever student going to be admitted or already got admission in the School.
This is Assignment Module. Admin can generate Assignment for individual class, subject with related to the faculty and can upload soft copy of the Assignment.
This is Exam Module. Using this module Admin can make the schedule for upcoming exams with timing, date, venue, subject and class.
This is Admin Setup Module.This module provides facility to create new User ID and Password to create new Admin and role based Users also Admin have rights to change ID and Password for Users.
This is Class Setup Module. School or College can Add and Delete the numbers of Classes going on and in future if school or college explore its education level can Add some new Classes.
This is Employee Module. School or College can manage all the basic and other information of its employees. Admin can upload Employee’s Image and its Resume with all information.
This is Library Book Information Module.Admin can store all the information related to library, inventory of the Books, cost, Rack number, Book Bar Code, availability of the Book and etc.
This is Library User Information. With this Module Admin can handle Library User, Book Issue, Book Return their fine, Book Issue date, Book Return date, No. of Books issued to the particular user.
This is Time Table Generation Module. Admin can generate specific time table for the Faculty related to the class, subject with the timing.
This is Faculty Module. Admin can manage all the information related to the Faculty basic and other information with its Image and Resume
This is Expense setup Module. School of College can manage their all expenses like Mess, Library, Infrastructure, Building etc.
This is Fee Collection Module. It will keep all information of the student related to Fee submission with due and fine.
This is an Attendance Module. It will generate Attendance for thee category these are --- Student Faculty Employee Student Attendance will generate by their Classes.
This is Subject Module.Admin can add new subject related to the class and also can delete any subject from class.
This is an I – Card generation Module.Admin can generate I cards for three categories --- Student Faculty Employee An I – Card can easily generate only by the ID of above three categories.
This is Send Report Module. This is an online Module means this module can only work if there is an Internet connection available. Using this module Admin can send any student report to their parents. Reports like --- Weekly Report Monthly Quarterly Half Yearly Yearly
This Data Backup Module. This is very important Module data backup of the application with different categories. Backup is possible at specified period of time. For data backup the following are different categories --- Student Information Fee Module Attendance Expenses Mark Sheet Records Etc.
This Mark Sheet Generation Module. Enter Student ID then Click on the View button some information from database related to that ID will display in related textboxes then submit all entry then click on view first button then click on save button a new Mark Sheet with that is has been generated.
This is Mark Sheet Reporting Module. After generation of the Mark sheet in previous Module, here just enter the ID of the Student, can generate report of the Mark Sheet related with that ID.
