6 Football Foundation Funding FA Charter Standard clubs are the key focus of the Football Foundation’s community investment programme and has invested over £250M over the last 4 years to support facilities of FA Charter Standard Clubs. Rebranded The Premier League & FA Facilities Fund, it will invest £102M over the next 3 years in to grassroots projects £1.62M was invested in to FA Charter Standard clubs to grow new teams via the Grow the Game scheme in 2013. An additional £1.5M will be distributed in 2014 to develop 1000 new teams for 2014/15 season
