3 Falcons Community Foundation are a registered charity who work to motivate, educate and inspire via the power of sport. We work across 5 pillars of activity, Grassroots sport, Club Development, Social Inclusion, Health and Education. Work carried out in the Community is central to the ethos of the club and demonstrated by the fantastic support of Falcons Owner, Staff and Players. Each season the Foundation has contact with over 15,000 people on a wide variety of programmes, based in Schools, Clubs and Community settings. Some of our participants would not have the opportunity to participate in sporting activities without the provision made by the Foundation. We employ seven full time members of staff to deliver the programme alongside a host of part-time coaches and volunteers. Falcons Community Foundation
