Aristotle is known for his thoughts on many disciplines including persuasion which he characterized as possessing Ethos (credibility), Pathos (emotions) and Logos (logic). When being persuasive, a CEO must deliver messaging so it resonates with each unique audience- all while keeping corporate goals in mind. The use of persuasion is not cunning but rather an adaptation to the perceived needs of each group being addressed. Persuasion is an art form.
