20 Regional Gliding School Transportation of Dangerous Goods Dangerous goods shall not be carried unless in accordance with the Transportation of Dangerous Goods Act. General Prohibition: –No person shall handle, offer for transport, transport or import any dangerous goods unless (a) the person complies with all applicable prescribed safety requirements; (b) the goods are accompanied by all applicable prescribed documents; and (c) the means of containment and transport comply with all applicable prescribed safety standards and display all applicable prescribed safety marks. Must have permission from the Minister.
