1 SPONSOR CONCEPT “Our mission is to explore, attract, and motivate children to play soccer in Shanghai. Our aim is to be the best and give the talents the best soccer education in China”. / Ebbe Sand Owner Ebbe Sand Soccer Academy

2  Our academy will be the destination of choice for the best soccer talents in China. We will recruit young players and offer the best talent development in China. VISION

3 We have three overall aspects: 1) Creating elite soccer players, who can play professionally both local and international (elite aspect) 2) Making kids in Shanghai and China choose soccer as their first choice of team sport (non-elite aspect) 3) Educate the next generation of young Chinese coaches and in that relation take responsibility for the Chinese society (social aspect) ESSA’s CHINA PROJECT

4  In August 2013: We have regular players on a weekly basis  In : We will explore and develop the soccer in China, making soccer the preferred team sport for kids in every age group in the country  In : Our best players live at our academy, train in the morning at ESSA, go to school and train again in the afternoon at ESSA (7 times a week + match)  In 2022: We have developed at least one player at ESSA, who gets a professional contract in China or in Europe  In 2022: At least one of our Chinese coaches has made it as a professional coach in sports (the next generation) AIMS :

5  Our philosophy is that every sponsorship is adjusted to the respective company, so everyone gets a full-scale profit  We want to create results together with our sponsors  We deliver world class soccer training and youth development, but we can’t know everything about all aspects, so we hope that a sponsorship will bring in new knowledge to our professional team and optimize our resources towards our goals  With a delegation of sponsors, we can keep our focus 100 % on developing the players which is our knowhow The core in a sponsorship with ESSA
