2 MISSION STATEMENT To facilitate a Professional, safe, learning environment which meets the overall needs of Player Development, from the grassroots to the Elite level of Youth soccer. We will strive to help all C.Y.S.A. players reach their full potential and, achieve their soccer ambition!

5 FAMILY ‘FUN’DAMENTALS Program Objective: To replicate the back garden environment in which most young players i.e. those aged 4 are introduced to Soccer around the globe. Program Philosophy: By creating a flexible, fun filled soccer environment that is "pressure" free. The youngsters will be introduced to some fundamental Soccer skills. These skills will be introduced and taught by a MASTER coach and parent volunteers. Each player will be lead rather than pushed into the world of Soccer. If a player gets to tired it is okay to sit down or even go pick the daisies! By creating a flexible, fun filled soccer environment that is "pressure" free. The youngsters will be introduced to some fundamental Soccer skills. These skills will be introduced and taught by a MASTER coach and parent volunteers. Each player will be lead rather than pushed into the world of Soccer. If a player gets to tired it is okay to sit down or even go pick the daisies! Program Logistics: One or two master coaches will lead each practice. These two coaches will introduce a game or a skill which the child and parent then go away and practice together. After a suitable amount of time has passed the head coaches bring the players and parents back together and the next game or skill is shown. 6 MINI - ACES Program Objective: To develop the Individual player’s basic Physical and Technical capabilities. To develop the Individual player’s basic Physical and Technical capabilities. Program Philosophy: Through a range of basic, fun exercises and drills, the players will be ‘challenged’ to develop the foundation for successful development.
