13 5 Steps to Provide a Quality Product Game Reports and Importance of Each  Umpire Partner Reports  For CSUA Assist our Umpire (A CSUA product) in correcting the continual mechanics issue or a rule misinterpretation. Identify an improper mechanic or rule misinterpretation that is occurring in several of our umpires Send a message to our umpires with the correct information. Add it to our training programs

15 5 Steps to Provide a Quality Product Evaluations by staff throughout the season at Games  Collaborate the reports we receive  We can have a short post game with the crew and, WITHOUT anyone knowing we got reports, we can help our umpires correct an improper mechanic or misinterpreted rule. We are looking to improve our product!  Identify umpires for post season work  Identify umpires for higher level assignments  Do an evaluation at an umpires request
