3. The Cancer Protection Pledge I will not smoke cigarettes I will not use smokeless tobacco I will avoid secondhand smoke

4. Cancer Protection Pledge I will wear sunscreen with a SPF of at least 30. I will not use a tanning booth or sun lamp

5. Cancer Protection Pledge I will maintain my desirable weight. I will eat plenty of fruits, veggies and grains. I will follow a low-fat diet

6. Cancer Protection Pledge I will not drink alcohol. I will protect myself from harmful chemicals, such as insect sprays.
