24. Scope of work
a)Checking of invoice qty & DC qty upon receiving material b)Any variation observed record it in the supplier. DC with seal and escalate the same to Customer Authorized Staff c) Record the transit damage in LR / 'DC by both lorry driver & Customer if anything found. d) ATLAS will unloading material in unloading bay and then stack it with appropriate tags as per Customer standards. e) Shall maintain the supplier copy of the DC or LR to the driver or transporter. And shall be handed over to customer when ever required f) Atlas staffs will also coordinate to the Customer’s for locating and offering material for inspection if required.

25. VALUE ADDITIONS: Disciplined & Motivated manpower for ensuring better attendance. Effective training through skill matrix and job certification given. Putting people on job rotations for versatility and reduce person dependent. Adhering to. 100% FIFO system with heat colors code tags. Value stream mapping will be done for each activity and based on which manpower may be reduced at the end of the year as a cost savings to Customer. PFEP study will be carried out and based on which racks, space & no of locations will be identified to avoid material keeping in the gang way. Through PFEP study we can suggest possible cost saving to Customers in the existing Milk run system. With our suggestion Customers can in turn reduce the transportation cost internally. STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES for all the activities and approval will be taken from Customer. Best material traceability system which is followed by other auto majors in the world.
