13 Workplace Safety and Insurance Board | Commission de la sécurité professionnelle et de l’assurance contre les accidents du travail Conducting the Audit – All Non-Conformities due to lack of written document may be moved to your Audit Report and Action Plan (2.1) – All HSMS Criteria with written Documents – Gather Evidence (2 nd source) based on what is written in the Document (P&P) (2.2) “Are we following our own rules?” Gaps in HSMS Program? – Confidence Level? – Document 2 nd Source Evidence collected & determine Findings (Conformity or Non-Conformity) (2.3)
