S.F. Express Overseas Region International Management Trainee Program
S.F. Express, well established in Greater China, is continuing our drive as the premier leader in the express delivery industry. We have expanded our service network in Singapore, Malaysia, South Korea, Japan, the U.S., Thailand and Vietnam. As of January 2014, S.F. Express has over 240,000 employees. Program Details To support our business expansion in overseas countries and ensure the continued success of our organization, S.F. Express Overseas Region Management Trainee Program supports the development of our future leaders and prepares graduates for long-term careers. This is a 2-year program that provides a comprehensive view of our business operations and organization structure, from which you will develop a sound basis of knowledge and skills regarding the strategy and operations of our business. You will be assigned to different functions including our frontline operations at service stations and distribution hubs in Hong Kong, China and overseas countries to gain hands-on business experience. In addition, you will learn S.F. Express philosophy and culture; leadership and other personal effectiveness skills through trainings and workshops. The program helps you to analyze, prioritize and act on goals from a strategic leadership perspective. With the support and coaching from assigned supervisors, mentors and our Human Resources Team, you will be able to enhance your personal effectiveness and improve your competencies.

Upon Completion of the Program
You will be placed into a position in one of our various functions including the chances of assuming an overseas assignment. Your performance, professional knowledge, competencies, career aspirations and the requirements of the Company will be taken into consideration when your placement is considered. Development opportunities and further advancement to junior managerial positions will be available for trainees with outstanding performance and potential to progress further along their career ladder. Requirements University graduates in all disciplines; degree in logistics, supply chain management, or industrial engineering preferred but not essential Demonstrate leadership and management potential Effective communication and interpersonal skills Good presentation and analytical skills Eager to learn and a fast learner Proactive and value adding in approach to work Highly committed, hardworking and consistently self-disciplined Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese including Putonghua High mobility and willing to travel overseas (including China) The program commences on 2nd July, 2014 Please send your application with covering letter and resume to us via at Please state clearly on the ’s subject: “Application for the International Management Trainee Program (ref. no )”.
