Program Mission The Sales Trainee Program enables qualified high potential external candidates the opportunity to accelerate their development by providing a rich and diverse set of experiences within the Sales organization. This program is up to a six to nine month learning and development experience designed for future sellers.
Career Track Customized Program designed to provide participants with an expertise in Sales Regional team of leaders oversees each participants individual development plan Upon graduation, candidates have the opportunity to move into a Site Relationship Manager, Account Manager I or II role
Trainee Development Participants gain exposure to the following areas: –Sales –Branch Services –Distribution Center –eBusiness Participants are assigned a mentor for the duration of the Program. Series of developmental assignments with a specialized focus in sales
