4. Site The site gets cleared and measured for the holes to be dug. It is levelled for the Raft Slab and the Pad Footing to be put correctly in place.

5. Lay the Reinforcement Reinforcement is put in place before the raft slab is poured

6. Raft / Infill Slab Slab is poured over the reinforcement

7. Pad Footing Reinforcement Special reinforcement is put in place for the Pad Footing.

9. Beam Connectors (Above) Base plates are put in place while the concrete is drying to ensure stability (Top Right) Seats used to hold the Post firmly in place (Right) This Base Plate is situated such that the Universal Beam sits in the most stable Position.

14. Roof Frame The Purlins are connected to the roof as shown above. There is no need for a purlin connector as the purlin can be nailed straight onto the UB. The many girts running off the UB are for the specialised cladding that is to be connected later.

16. Sarking Placed underneath the cladding sarking is the second protection against water and hazards.

17. Mesh Mesh is placed to increase the safety of those who are working on the roof.

18. Roof Special bolts are used to hold the roof down

19. Ground Floor Cladding The cladding is made of timber off-cuts that are situated in a weatherboard fashion to repel water.
