DIET COMPARATION: -My diet at week days is as healthy as the pyramid. -I have a lot of fruit, vegetables, milk, etc. And this kind of food is healthier than junk food. -But at weekends my diet is less healthy than the pyramid because I have hot dogs, hamburgers, ice-creams,chips, pizzas, pop corn and coke. -This kind of food has more fat than the food I eat at weekdays.
A balanced and healthy diet for me and my family: -We should have milk, cheese, yogurt or some butter every day. -We should eat vegetables four or five times a week. -We should eat two pieces of fruit every day. -We should eat pulse twice a week. -We should have some bread and other cereals every day. -We should cook with olive oil. -We should eat meat, fish or eggs every day. -We shouldn’t eat too much fat and sugar.
