5 COMPAREIn my house we eat a lot of bread, cereals and potatoes. We usualy eat meat, fish, eggs, beans and peas. I think we should reduce the amount of food. But we don't eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, and they're necessary for a healthy eating.We drink a lot of milk (normally with “colacao” or cereals) and yogurt as a dessert, but we do not eat much cheese. Since we don't eat so much fat, we remain very well!
