History NetApp was founded in 1992 by David Hitz, James Lau, Charles Perrell and Michael Malcolm. On August 19, 2009, Dan Warmenhoven stepped down as CEO and was replaced by Tom Georgens.

Wegmans is headquartered in the Rochester suburb of Gates. Danny Wegman is CEO. His daughter, Colleen Wegman, is president; his other daughter, Nicole Wegman, is vice-president of restaurant operations
Ownership and Management Headquartered in Rochester, New York, Wegmans is a privately held, family-owned company, founded in 1916 by the Wegman family. Danny Wegman is CEO, and Colleen Wegman, his daughter, is president. Robert Wegman, Danny’s father, was chairman until his death in April 2006.
