3 Bread, Cereals & potatoes
These contain carbohydrates. Carbohydrates help fuel the body by providing energy. When we exert the body with exercise and things that uses energy. We have to make sure we refill the energy that goes out, with food and water that comes in. We can replace lost energy by eating foods rich in carbohydrates and drinking plenty of water. Foods containing fat and sugar are not very good for you so you should only eat and drink a little Fat is very important in our lifestyle but too much fat can be bad for us.
