The Enlighten E4 survey module allows local or centrally managed surveys to be published on a range of devices. Delivering flexibility with intuitive filtering by gender, age, behaviour & previous access, from pre-arrivals (via portal) or the self-check-in process with READ code filing back to the patient record, through post contact outcomes with total anonymity. ENHANCED PATIENT SURVEYS …. Enlighten allows multi-layered questioning, with single or multiple choice answer types, images or text, free form or prescribed answers. Questions created in English can be translated to any of our 47 supported languages for full community inclusion. Jayex provides a range of professional services to assist in creating bespoke reports, translating or sharing surveys.
