3 Definite & Indefinite Articles  Definite Articles = the  El, la, los, las  Indefinite Articles  Un, una, = a, an  unos, unas = some  ¿Qué es esto? Es un pupitre.  ¿Qué es esto? Es una mesa.

4 Definite and Indefinite Articles Continued  When we introduce something, we usually use the indefinite article (un, una, unos, unas)  Once we´ve introduced an object (i.e. in a story, a conversation), then we would use the definite articles – the (el, la, los, las) 
