8. Name Search GP NAME When you have located the person type the letter “L” under the column “L” and return. This will set all screens that you look at to this person.

9. CLID GP PERSOVR Find the line in the last column to the right that begins with “U” as in Utx-t3-333. Everything after the U is the CLID (txt3333).

10. Admitted AD APLNLIST The column, APLN DECN says ADM which means the applicant has been admitted. The column, APCT DECN has 3004. The 3 means Summer (1 is Fall and 2 is Spring). The 4 in 3004 means Batch 4.

11. UL Transcript AH CHRNLIST View UL transcript in chronological order. F8 will page down or type a term in the lower left hand corner (TERM REQUEST) to request a specific semester (Ex. FA88)

12. Class Schedule RG REGINQ This screen is accurate up to the 1 st four days of Spring & Fall semesters and 1st two days of a Summer session. Make sure the term in the upper left hand corner is the term you are looking for. upper right hand corner has COLL: LIB ARTS (specific college) indicating Upper Division.

13. Major AH TERMMAJR The second column shows the major; the fourth column is the department where the major is located and the next column shows a specific college (LA) that specifies that he is in Upper Division.

14. Holds GP PERSHOLD This screen shows previous holds and active holds. An active hold is one without an End Date.

15. Test Scores AD TESTLIST This screen lists many test scores. If you type an “L” in the Action Column under (L) it will tell you what each “SUB” Column means.

16. Address GP PERSADRM This screen shows their mailing address. Address type can be (LO) mailing address (PA) for parent address or (HO) for home address.

17. Class Roster RG USLCLAS This shows the instructor of the course,the enrollment and enrollment limit. It lists the names of students enrolled in this class; their classification; their college; their major and the credit hours of that course.

18. Courses Offered in a Term CS SECTERM By specifying the SUBJECT and the TERM, a list of classes offered for those specific will be shown.
